Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery via our regional warehouses usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.

What is your return policy for electric bikes?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply unless the product is defective.

Do Engwe e-bikes come with a warranty?

Yes, all Engwe e-bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects.

How do I track my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is assembly required when my bike arrives?

Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and saddle using the included toolkit and instruction manual.
